Political Fallout

In case you missed it in the comments, and in all fairness to Councilor Reg Rankin, here is the comment he left on my post Political Follow Up.  For the record, I did not expect him to read my blog.  I expected him to respond to my email.  The blog was side commentary for general interest.  Also for the record, yes, I am aware that this is a petty issue and not really worth an elected official’s time.  However, as per my initial post this was a test that should have resulted in a brief response directing me on my issues.

Thank you to Councilor Rankin for your response and for dropping by my house with a campaign brochure with personal note.  I only wish your city tree planting friends would visit too!

The cell phone is always the best way to reach me because my kids have not yet taught me the ways of the BLOG. But I here I am.

I suppose that the median between an A and a D is a B, which isn’t bad, but I will still strive for the A (as always). In terms of trees, I support them, and I would like to see plenty more healthy ones along the streets of Beechville.

If I lose in this election, I suppose they could be Weeping Willows.

Please call anytime with any issue no matter how big or small. I will be there for you.

I appreciate your criticsm. We need more of that from the people who care about our community.
Yours,

Reg

Someone has savvy interns (or campaign workers) keeping an eye on the blogs!
